Excellent service here. Our server had a great personality and we were checked on personally by a manager. The fried fish was out of this world! I usually only eat fish my own family catches so I'm picky about thia but I took a chance and I can't wait to go back and have it again! This place also has a great Apple Pear Martini- I would take the 20 minute drive back just for my favorite drink but now I have a menu favorite (it's ALL good though, I've been to this franchise at other locations and the food never disappoints). If you like fish and chips but have very high standards I seriously urge you to try it..
We visited here after my cousin in law's wedding for a quick bite to eat and some drinks.
You can't expect much from Miller's because after all its a Franchise and with that being said it's merely average.
This used to be one of our favorite places to go and that was why we took her there for dinner. We are very disappointed.
Often when you order an Old Fashioned, it isn't made well and with a cheap poor tasting Whiskey. Considering the fact we arrived 1 hour before closing, I expected the same type of poorly made without care Old Fashioned, yet I was extremely surprised by the taste.
The fish and chips I ordered was fantastic, lightly breaded yet crispy.
Food at Langhorne, N.E. Philadelphia and South Philadelphia locations have fallen in quality. Food used to be hot, freshly prepared and tasty - not under or overcooked. Last visit to Langhorne, our group ordered the Blitz Burgers. Many were missing toppings and two were overcooked to the point of being very dry and one ordered well was still pink inside. Lobster at South Philadelphia location was reheated and cooked several hours prior, as the meat was waterlogged and shell was spongy. N.E. location often serves lukewarm food and fries that obviously sat around for an extended period of time before being served - almost stale taste and quality. Hoping they pick up their quality soon. We really used to enjoy dining there.
I've never been to a Ale house to have food but this place has changed my mind. I will try as many as I come across from now on. The steak I had here was super delicious and very well cooked. The drinks where on point and the seating was great. I had a great time here and will be returning the next time I'm in the area. Your experience should be just as good or better.
We have been here a lot and alway enjoyed it. The last time we were there it wasn't as good S it used to be. We wrote it off to a bad night. However, this visit sucked. First of all the Chili Nachos hardly had any chili. I never go my salad I ordered. Then i told them it was my wife's birthday and wanted the brownie with ice cream. I never got that either. Jen ordered her steak med-well, it was more then well done.
