WOW!!! The staff at this store is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They are patient and will answer all your questions. I have visited this store everyday for a week learning about the teas, what type of pot to get (get a cast iron pot!!!! you get more health benefits from drinking from cast iron and it will last you several lifetimes....hello, great family heirloom!) etc. I learned so much and realized I have a lot more to learn. I had to make a couple of returns because I bought a lot of pieces, and they were very helpful and understanding. They made everything perfect! They are not pushy, and will help you assemble a set in your budget and give you step by step instructions on everything you purchase. Kevin makes an amazing iced tea blend that you MUST get! Kristin has a great concoction of black tea and chocolate carmel sea salt, boo yeah! I haven't completely converted from coffee strictly to just tea, but I do have a cup of black tea after my coffee in the morning and then white tea at night mixed with an herbal tranquility tea to help me sleep. The whole experience is like a ritual and is heavenly, appropriatley named....Teavana. Thank you, Kristin, Kevin, Amanda, Liz, Vince and the rest of the fabulous staff at the Oxford Valley location.
